Booking jobs with Video Atlanta.

We require 50% down to book the job and the remainder when the job is complete – before delivery of final product.  We accept Crypto currencies, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Zelle, PayPal.

No video projects deemed immoral or unethical in nature will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

For job cancellations with more than 24 hours notice and a deposit has been made, refunds are made less a 5% fee.

For job cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and a deposit has been made may result in up to a 50% fee.

Video Atlanta requires more than 24 hours notice for a cancellation or a reschedule. 

Refunds (if applicable) are issued by check in 4-6 weeks.
